Here are the key points:

- If you placed an order and are contacted by a carrier in charge of collecting custom fees and VAT payment, we invite you to refuse those fees. The parcel will then be sent back to our warehouse and sent again when we are able to take the customs fees in charge on your behalf.

- Starting 15 January, all orders are retained until we are able to take custom fees and VAT payment in charge on your behalf, which should happen before end of January.

- You will have 30 extra days from the lifting of the lockdown measures to return your order.
