Brexit informations


Brexit has led to the set up of new custom rules between the United Kingdom and the European Community. Those rules were disclosed after the 24th December Brexit Agreement and are still being refined almost daily.

All orders are now send daily from our warehouse and all customs costs are covered by Claudie Pierlot.
But delivery time can be extended. It can takes as long as 10 days for your order to arrive.


As your country is subject to lockdown, you will have 30 extra days from the lifting of the lockdown measures to return your order.

If you wish to return your order, please follow this new procedure to enable your parcel to cross back the border :

1 | Go to Follow my order page and click on “Return an item”. 

2 | Select the items you wish to send back and print 5 customs forms.

3 | On the delivery slip, indicate the reason for the return and insert it into your package.

4 | Affix 5 customs form and the pre-paid return label on your parcel. 

5 | Entrust your parcel to the carrier mentioned on the prepaid label. 

Only new, unworn and clean products will be refunded. Items must be returned in their original packaging with the label of the garment. You will be refunded without additional steps after receipt of your parcel by our warehouse. The refund will be made via the payment method chosen for the order.  

Please note that due to the current sanitary situation, our carrier may experience a delay to deliver your return.

We will process your refund within 14 working days, once we have received your parcel. You will receive an email to confirm your refund. Your bank account will then be credited the sum of the returned items.
