If a specific item is no longer available or no longer available in your size, we suggest registering to be notified when it is back in stock.

1 | Click on "Size unavailable?" and select the size you want.

2 | Enter your email address and confirm it. You will receive an email once the item is back in stock, so check your inbox!

ONLINE RESERVATION: RESERVE YOUR ITEM IN ONE OF OUR STORES

We will reserve items from our current collection for you for free and with no obligation to buy in a selection of stores:

1 | Go to the item page and click on "Reserve in store" and select the size and/or colour you want.

2 | Select the store of your choice by clicking "Select this store", then enter your full details.

3 | A text confirmation code will be sent to you to confirm the reservation. The store will then confirm the reservation as soon as possible by email and/or text.

You have 3 days on average to collect your piece before your reservation is cancelled, so don't delay!

How do I know if an item is available in store?

Each store can see all of the stock across the entire Claudie Pierlot network. We therefore advise you to contact your nearest store directly who will be best placed to give you the information you need.

How do I reserve an item?

We only give you the option to reserve an item from the current collection via our site in a limited selection of stores. To reserve an item, go to the item page in question and click "Reserve in store".
You can also get in touch with your store to see if an item is available and reserve it if necessary.

Which is the closest store to me?

To find out the nearest store to you, see our Find a store section. Enter the country and city/town or activate the GPS to see the stores closest to you instantly! This also shows you the opening hours for our points of sale.

When will my favourite piece be back in stock?

Stock is added regularly for the current collection (depending on the specific item). Watch out though, because this does not happen very often during sales!

We therefore suggest that you subscribe to our waiting lists. To do this, click on "Unavailable size" at the level of the desired model, fill in the size and your email address before validating.
As soon as the item is available again in the chosen size, you will get an alert email!
