How do I collect an order that has been delivered to a pick-up location or Claudie Pierlot shop?

Given the current situation, all Claudie Pierlot shops will be closed until the 1st December. The same is true for most pick-up points. You will be able to collect your order as soon as our shops and pick-up locations reopen. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 How do I exchange an article I bought in a shop?

Don't worry, we have extended our returns period until 31st January 2021. As always, returned articles must be in new condition with original tags and accompanied by the receipt.

Seeing as our shops are momentarily closed due to the current situation, we are unfortunately unable to honour this reservation. However, we encourage you to check for the article's availability on our website. Shipping and returns are free.

When will I receive my refund?

In the current context, processing times for returns and refunds are exceptionally long.
We apologise for the inconvenience and are doing our utmost to ensure that it is carried out as quickly as possible.

Can I still order from the site?

You still have the option of ordering from our site. We strive to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Unfortunately, delays may occur due to the current situation.

Can I change my delivery method?

Unfortunately, we cannot change your delivery method. If you opted for delivery to a shop or pick-up location, we will be unable to reroute the order to your home address.
If your order is still in the preparation phase, we can cancel it upon request. You will then be refunded and may place a new order.

Is there a time limit for returns?

In the current context, we are offering extended returns until 31st January 2021. As always, your returned article must unworn and in new condition with the original tags.
