GAME'S RULES
Article 1: General information
The Claudie Pierlot company (hereinafter the "Organising Company"), a simplified joint stock company with capital of 30,083,937 Euros, registered with the French RCS 328 759 857, whose registered office is at 2 Rue de Marengo, 75 001 Paris, France, is organising a free game with an obligation to purchase (hereinafter the "Game"), on its European e-commerce sites claudiepierlot.com e-commerce sites: https://es.claudiepierlot.com/, https://fr.claudiepierlot.com/, https://de.claudiepierlot.com/, https://be.claudiepierlot.com/, https://ch.claudiepierlot.com/, https://int.claudiepierlot.com/, https://uk.claudiepierlot.com/, (hereinafter the "Sites") from 26 August 2024 and until the 30,000 scratchcards are no longer in stock excluding the outlet period scheduled from 3 to 8 September 2024 (hereinafter the "Duration").
Article 2: Conditions of participation in the Game
2.1 Access to the Game
The Game is open only to natural persons of legal age who have placed an order on the Sites during the Game Period (hereinafter the "Participant(s)").
Participation in the Game implies unreserved acceptance of these rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the interpretation of these terms and conditions and the commercial or presentation documents for the Game, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

2.2 Terms and conditions of participation
To participate in the Game, the Participant must have placed an order for one or more products offered by the Organising Company on one of the Sites during the Game Period.
It is understood and accepted by the Participants that orders on the Sites may, depending on the availability of the products ordered, be prepared by the warehouse or by a shop. The scratchcard tickets will only be included with orders prepared in the warehouse.
In order to take part in the Game, the Particpant must have Internet access, a valid e-mail address and any other information that may appear necessary for the proper receipt of an e-commerce order (valid delivery address, means of payment accepted by the Organising Company on its Sites, etc.).
In the event of non-compliance with these participation terms and conditions, the Participant's participation in the Contest will be declared null and void.
Article 3: Prizes
There are 453 winning scratchcards, with prizes broken down as follows:
- Three (3) discount vouchers worth €500 / £ / CHF ;
- Fifty (50) surprises worth €85 / £99 / CHF109 (product also offered for sale by the Organising Company at this price);
- Four hundred (400) 15% discount vouchers.

To find out if they have won, Participants must scratch off the three (3) scratch-off sections on their scratchcard. Each scratch-off section offers a chance to win a Prize provided that a winning combination is revealed. The winning combinations are shown in the table below. Each Winning Ticket includes a maximum of one Prize.
2 Toto Jeans: Discount coupon of 500€ / £ / CHF valid only on the new collection and usable for a shopping basket of €501 / £ / CHF minimum before applying the discount coupon.
3 Anouck bags:
Surprise worth €85 / £99 / CHF109, provided the Participant orders at least one item from the new collection. Non-refundable and non-exchangeable surprise.

The Participants who find one of the Winning Tickets in their order (hereinafter the "Winners") will be designated as winners.
The Prizes can be activated by entering the promotional code located under the winning insert on the scratchcard. The above winnings can only be used once, solely for orders placed on the Sites until 30 March 2025 and may not be combined with any other current offers.
The Winners may not ask that the Organising Company give them another object or service of any value, or a cash payment, in exchange for the Prize. If the Winners were unwilling or unable to take possession of their Prize, they will not be entitled to any compensation.
Article 4: Personal data
Information relating to Participants is collected and used by the Organising Company for the purposes of the Game, the management of Winners, the delivery of the Prize and the management and tracking of orders. No Participants' personal data is processed specifically for the purposes of the Game. In accordance with regulations on the protection of personal data and the Organising Company's privacy policy, Participants have the right to access, oppose, rectify and delete their data at any time by sending a letter to CLAUDIE PIERLOT, Service Clients - RGPD, 2 rue de Marengo, 75001 Paris.
Article 5: Intellectual property
The reproduction, representation or use of all or part of the elements making up the Game, including these Game terms and conditions, is strictly prohibited. The brands, logos, texts, images, videos and other distinctive signs reproduced by the Organising Company are the exclusive property of their owners and are protected as such by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code throughout the world. Any unauthorised reproduction, in whole or in part, of these trademarks, logos and signs constitutes an infringement punishable by law.
Article 6: Force majeure
The Organising Company may not be held liable and no recourse may be taken against it due to the occurrence of events that constitute force majeure (strikes, bad weather, pandemic, etc.) depriving you in whole or in part of the possibility of participating in the Game and/or depriving the Winner(s) of his/her/their Prize(s).
Article 7: Liability
The liability of the Organising Company is strictly limited to the delivery of the validly won Prize. The Organising Company is not responsible for any incidents, accidents or other inconveniences that may occur during the enjoyment of the Prize awarded and/or as a result of its use.
It is hereby specified that the Organising Company may not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage following an interruption, malfunction of any kind, suspension, omission of a scratchcard in an order or the end of the Game, for any reason whatsoever, or for any direct or indirect damage resulting, in any way whatsoever, from a connection to the Sites. It is the responsibility of each Participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment against any attack. Any person connecting to the Sites and taking part in the Game does so under their sole responsibility.
Article 8: Fraud
The Organising Company may cancel all or part of the Game if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever in connection with participation in the Game. In such a case, it reserves the right not to award the Prize to fraudsters.
Article 9: Disputes and applicable law
These rules are governed by French law. Any claim must be addressed to the Organising Company's customer service within 15 days following the end date of the Game at the following address: CLAUDIE PIERLOT - Customer Service, 2 rue de Marengo, 75 001 Paris. After this date, no claims will be accepted.
It is agreed that the information resulting from the Organising Company's game systems has evidential value in any dispute with regard to the connection elements and the computer processing of said information relating to the Game. In the event of a persistent disagreement relating to the application and/or interpretation of these rules, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute will be referred to the competent court.
