RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may return your pieces if they do not meet your expectations. The return shipping cost is at your expense;£10 will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are free of charge.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. During this period, you must exercise your right of withdrawal by generating your prepaid return label in your My Account area or via the Order Tracking page.
You then have 14 days from the generation of your return label to send your parcel back to us.

EXCHANGES IN STORE
You can return or exchange an item directly in a Claudie Pierlot shop (excluding corners and outlets) within 30 days of placing your order. Take your item(s) in its (their) original condition, along with your delivery note, to the shop.
You cannot exchange or return to a store items labeled "Last Chance".
