Returns and exchanges

BREXIT INFORMATION

As you know, Brexit is causing uncertainty about the new relationship between the United Kingdom and the European Community and the current sanitary situation is having a negative impact on the transport of your orders and returns. To date, it is difficult for us to adapt all of our procedures to maintain the quality of service to which you have become accustomed and which we are keen to uphold whatever the circumstances.

Returns and exchanges

To make it easier for you to return your products, we give you a total of 30 days from the date you receive your order to return your products to us.

This is a more forgiving timeframe than the one set out in European regulations, which specifies a returns period of 14 days from receipt of an order for a customer to notify the seller of their desire to return any product that does not suit them. The customer must then return the product without unreasonable delay and at the latest within 14 days of the date they expressed their desire to return it.

If you wish to make an exchange, you can go to the shop, or return the item and place a new order.

Returns are free of charge, with the exception of Outlet sales, where the returns are at your expense. £7 for the return costs will be deducted from your refund.

The products you want to return must be new (you must not have cut off the item's label), unworn, unsoiled and returned in their original packaging, or failing that, in packaging that provides equivalent protection. If you return a pair of shoes to us, they must be returned in their original box.
If our warehouse finds that a product has been returned incorrectly, our Customer Service department will contact you to inform you that your product will be returned.

You have several options for returning your product:

EXCHANGE AND RETURN IN STORE

You can exchange products you have ordered online in shop (excluding items purchased during Outlets and "last chance" sales). How to do this:

  • 1 | Visit the retailer of your choice (excluding department stores, affiliates and outlets) within a maximum of 30 days from receiving your order with your return label filled in and the product(s) you wish to exchange. They must be new (the item label must not have been cut off), unworn, unsoiled and returned in their original packaging, or failing that, in packaging that provides equivalent protection. Otherwise, the shop may reject your return and you will have to keep your products.
  • 2 | If you wish to make an exchange, choose a different size, colour or piece directly with our sales staff. If you don't find what you're looking for, you can always return it. The sales assistant will process the return and refund directly from the checkout to the bank account used for payment.

RETURN VIA POST

Your order can be delivered in several packages. You can return items in a single parcel, provided that all the associated delivery slips have been added.

For product returns purchased during our outlet or "last chance" sales, we only accept returns by post. If you return an Outlet order, a £7 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • 1 | First of all, you have 15 days from the date you receive your order to cancel your order.
    During this period, you must exercise your right of return by printing out your pre-paid returns label.
    If you have a customer account, go to your "My account" space, in the "My orders" section. Select the order concerned and click on the "Returns label" button.
    If you have ordered as a guest, you will be able to get to the returns label via the "Order tracking" page on our website by entering your order number.
    You also have to download a custom form at the same place as your pre-paid return label.
    Generating your return label is deemed to be notification that you want to return your product.
  • 2 | Indicate the reason for the return on the delivery note and place it in the parcel with the part(s) to be returned.
  • 3 | You then have 15 days from the date your returns label was generated to return your parcel to us by post.
    - Print out the pre-paid returns label and the custom form, and stick it outside your parcel after downloading it from your customer space (returns by post are completely free if you use our pre-paid label - however, if you pay the post office for returns, you will still have to pay for them). Without the custom form outside the parcel your return will be blocked at customs and returned to your adress ;
    - Take your parcel to one of the nearest drop-off locations. The list is available at the "Find Locations" link on ups.com.
  • 4 | As soon as your parcel has been picked up you can track its progress to our warehouse from your "My account" space, in the "My orders" section.

    NB: If you don't have an account, you'll receive an email when your parcel arrives.
  • 5 | Once your parcel has been received by our warehouse, it will be processed and we will refund you within 2 to 7 days to the bank account used for payment. Rest assured, a confirmation email will be sent to you following the refund.
