Returns and exchanges

BREXIT INFORMATION

As you know, Brexit is causing uncertainty about the new relationship between the United Kingdom and the European Community and the current sanitary situation is having a negative impact on the transport of your orders and returns. To date, it is difficult for us to adapt all of our procedures to maintain the quality of service to which you have become accustomed and which we are keen to uphold whatever the circumstances.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You can return your pieces to us if they don't suit you. Returns are free of charge, with the exception of pieces purchased during online Outlet sales. For these, the return cost of £7 will be deducted from your refund.

The pieces you wish to return must be new (the item label must not have been cut off), unworn and unsoiled. They must be returned in their original packaging, or failing that, in packaging that guarantees equivalent protection. If you return a pair of shoes to us, you must return them in their original box. If our warehouse finds that a product has been returned incorrectly, our Customer Service department will contact you to inform you that your piece will be returned.

If you opt to return an item by post, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to make your request for a return. Exchanging items is not yet possible if you use this method to return something. We will refund you for the pieces returned.

You can also visit our stores, where returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt of your order, except for items purchased during online Outlet sales and items categorised as "Last Chance".

Whichever method of return you choose, refunds take between two and ten days, depending on bank processing times.

RETURN BY POST

If your order was delivered in several parcels, you can return your pieces together in one single parcel.

Pieces purchased during our Outlet or Last Chance sales can only be returned by post. If you return an Outlet order, a £7 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • 1 | If you have a customer account, go to your "My Account" space in the "My Orders" section. Select the order concerned and click on the "Arrange a Return" button.
    If you placed your order as a guest, you can track your orders using the "Order Tracking" page. Access it via the following link https://uk.claudiepierlot.com/on/demandware.store/Sites-Claudie-UK-Site/en_GB/Login-Show by entering your order number (9 digits, e.g., 311300000) and your email address.
    The "Arrange a Return" button will only be available within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • 2 | Select the piece or pieces you wish to return (choose the piece, select a motive, and then the quantity). Confirm your choice by selecting the "Confirm the Return" button.
    Then click on "Download Return Label" to obtain your shipping label.
    Make sure that the pieces are in new condition and that all the labels are attached.
    Place them in their original packaging.
    Close your parcel and affix the pre-paid returns label you downloaded earlier. Returns by post are free of charge if you use our prepaid label - however, if you are paying the return postage, you will be responsible for this.
  • 3 | Take your parcel to one of the nearest drop-off points. The list is available from the "Find Locations" link on https://www.chronopost.fr/en/private#/step-home or ups.com, depending on your prepaid label.
    As soon as your parcel has been picked up by the postal service, you can track its progress to our warehouse from your "My account" space, in the "My orders" section, or via the "Order tracking" page by entering your order number (9 digits, e.g. 311300000) and your email address.
  • 4 | Our teams will check your parcel as soon as it arrives at our warehouse. If the return complies with the refund conditions, we will email you to inform you, and you will be credited to the payment method you used for the purchase within two to ten days. If you return an Outlet order, a £7 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS IN STORE

You cannot exchange a piece bought in an online "Outlet" or "Last Chance" sale or return it to a store.

  • 1 | Bring your pieces in their original condition (unwashed, unworn and with price tags attached) and your delivery note to one of our eligible shops within a maximum of 30 days from the date you received your order.

    You can return your online order to any of our stores, with the exception of affiliated stores, our outlet stores and corners in department stores. You can find a list of our affiliated stores here. The list of our outlet stores and department stores is available here.
  • 2 | If you would like to exchange an item, please choose a different size, colour or piece directly with our sales team. If you would prefer to receive a refund, our team will be happy to issue it to you directly from our cash desks using the same method of payment that you used to make your purchase.
